중앙회에 관하여는 제16조, 제17조제17호ㆍ제18호, 제18조, 제19조, 제21조제2항ㆍ제3항, 제22조제3항부터 제5항까지, 제22조의3, 제23조, 제24조, 제25조제2항, 제26조부터 제29조까지(제28조 중 대리인은 회원의 이사로 한정한다), 제31조제1항, 제32조부터 제35조까지, 제38조부터 제42조까지, 제46조제6항ㆍ제7항, 제50조제2항, 제51조(같은 조 제1항 각 호 외의 부분 단서, 같은 항 제11호 및 제13호는 제외한다), 제53조, 제53조의2(제6항을 제외한다), 제55조, 제56조, 제58조, 제60조제4항부터 제6항까지 및 제9항, 제60조의2, 제63조부터 제65조까지, 제66조제1항부터 제4항까지, 제70조제1항ㆍ제3항ㆍ제4항, 제71조부터 제76조까지(제71조제3항제1호는 제외한다), 제92조제1항부터 제4항까지, 제93조부터 제96조까지 및 제101조부터 제103조까지를 준용한다. 이 경우 "지구별수협"은 "중앙회"로, "조합원"은 "회원"으로, "조합장"은 "회장"으로, 제16조제1항 중 "조합원 자격을 가진 자 20인 이상이"는 "7개 조합 이상이"로, 제40조 단서 중 "제37조제1항제1호부터 제3호까지 및 제11호"는 "제126조제1항제1호 및 제2호"로, 제46조제6항 중 "이사"는 "이사ㆍ사업전담대표이사"로, "감사"는 "감사위원"으로, 제53조제1항제1호 중 "이미 조합에 가입한 사람 또는 조합에 가입 신청을 한 사람"은 "조합장인 사람 또는 조합장의 직무를 대행하는 사람"으로, 제60조제4항 중 "제1항제8호"는 "제138조제1항제8호"로, 제60조제5항 중 "제1항제7호 및 제8호"는 "제138조제1항제8호 및 제11호"로, 제60조제9항 중 "사업손실보전자금 및 대손보전자금"은 "사업손실보전자금ㆍ대손보전자금 및 조합합병지원자금"으로, 제60조의2제1항 중 "제60조제1항제4호"는 "제138조제1항제5호"로, 제63조제1항 중 "제60조제1항제2호나목"은 "제138조제1항제2호가목"으로, 제66조제2항 중 "신용사업 부문 회계와 신용사업 외의 사업 부문 회계"는 "각 사업별 회계"로, 제73조제1항 및 제3항 중 "조합장"은 "회장 및 사업전담대표이사"로, 제102조 중 "지구별 수산업협동조합등기부"는 "수산업협동조합중앙회등기부"로 본다. <개정 2012.2.17, 2014.6.11, 2016.5.29>
