수산업법 제107조(벌칙)

1. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 제7조제1항, 제15조제1항, 제40조제1항부터 제3항까지, 제43조 또는 제51조제1항에 따른 면허ㆍ허가를 받거나 등록을 한 자

2. 제19조제1항ㆍ제3항 또는 제21조를 위반하여 어업권을 이전ㆍ분할 또는 변경하거나 담보로 제공한 자와 그 어업권을 이전 또는 분할받았거나 담보로 제공받은 자

3. 제27조제1항(제50조제2항에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)을 위반하여 관리선으로 지정을 받지 아니한 선박을 사용한 자

4. 제27조제4항(제50조제2항에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)을 위반하여 그 지정을 받았거나 승인을 받은 어장구역이 아닌 수면에서 수산동식물을 포획ㆍ채취하기 위하여 관리선을 사용한 자

5. 제31조제1항(제50조제1항이나 제54조에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)을 위반하여 사실상 그 어업의 경영을 지배하고 있는 자와 어업권자 또는 허가를 받은 자로서 다른 사람에게 사실상 그 어업의 경영을 지배하게 한 자

6. 제32조를 위반하여 어업권을 임대한 자와 임차한 자

7. 제42조제1항을 위반하여 수산동물을 혼획한 자

8. 제52조제1항제1호에 따른 수산동식물 또는 그 제품을 운반한 자
