수산식품산업의 육성 및 지원에 관한 법률 제5조(수산식품산업육성 기본계획 수립 등)

① 해양수산부장관은 수산식품산업의 육성을 위한 기반을 조성하고 관련 산업의 경쟁력을 강화하기 위하여 수산식품산업육성 기본계획(이하 "기본계획"이라 한다)을 관계 중앙행정기관의 장과 협의하여 5년마다 수립ㆍ시행하여야 한다.

(1) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries^f피셔^r리즈 shall섈 formulate^f포뮬레잇 and앤드 implement임플러먼트 a어 basic베이식 plan플랜 for^f포 fostering^f파스터^r링 the^ð더 fishery^f피셔^r리 food^f푸드 industry인더스트^r리 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Basic베이식 Plan")플랜 every에^v버^r리 five^f파이^v브 years,이어즈 in인 consultation칸설테이션 with위^ð드 the^ð더 heads헤즈 of어^v브 relevant^r렐러^v번트 central센트^r럴 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agencies,에이전시즈 in인 order오더 to투 create크^r리에잇 a어 foundation^f파운데이션 for^f포 fostering^f파스터^r링 the^ð더 fishery^f피셔^r리 food^f푸드 industry인더스트^r리 and앤드 strengthen스트^r렝^θ쓴 the^ð더 competitiveness컴페티티^v브니스 of어^v브 related^r릴레이티드 industries.인더스트^r리즈

② 해양수산부장관은 기본계획을 수립ㆍ변경하고자 하는 때에는 「수산업ㆍ어촌 발전 기본법」 제8조에 따른 중앙 수산업ㆍ어촌정책심의회(이하 "중앙심의회"라 한다)의 심의를 거쳐 확정한다. 다만, 대통령령으로 정하는 경미한 사항의 변경은 그러하지 아니하다.

③ 기본계획에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

④ 해양수산부장관은 관계 중앙행정기관의 장과 협의하여 기본계획에 따른 연도별 시행계획(이하 "시행계획"이라 한다)을 수립ㆍ시행하여야 한다.

(4) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries^f피셔^r리즈 shall,섈 in인 consultation칸설테이션 with위^ð드 the^ð더 heads헤즈 of어^v브 relevant^r렐러^v번트 central센트^r럴 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agencies,에이전시즈 formulate^f포뮬레잇 and앤드 implement임플러먼트 an앤 annual애뉴얼 implementation임플러멘테이션 plan플랜 under언더 the^ð더 Basic베이식 Plan플랜 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "Implementation임플러멘테이션 Plan").플랜

⑤ 해양수산부장관은 기본계획 및 시행계획을 수립하거나 변경한 때에는 관계 중앙행정기관의 장, 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ도지사ㆍ특별자치도지사(이하 "시ㆍ도지사"라 한다)에게 통보하고 국회 소관 상임위원회에 제출하여야 한다.

(5) Where웨어 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries^f피셔^r리즈 has해즈 formulated^f포뮬레이티드 or오 changed체인지드 the^ð더 Basic베이식 Plan플랜 and앤드 the^ð디 Implementation임플러멘테이션 Plan,플랜 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 heads헤즈 of어^v브 relevant^r렐러^v번트 central센트^r럴 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agencies에이전시즈 and앤드 the^ð더 Mayors메이어즈 of어^v브 Special스페실 Metropolitan메트^r러팔러튼 City,시티 Metropolitan메트^r러팔러튼 Cities,시티즈 and앤드 Special스페실 Self-Governing셀^f프-거^v버닝 City,시티 Do두 Governors,거^v버너즈 and앤드 the^ð더 Special스페실 Self-Governing셀^f프-거^v버닝 Province프^r라^v븐스 Governor거^v버너 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "Mayors/Do메이어즈 Governors")거^v버너즈 and앤드 submit서브밋 it잇 to투 the^ð더 competent캄퍼틴트 standing스탠딩 committee커미티 of어^v브 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Assembly.어셈블리

⑥ 해양수산부장관은 기본계획 및 시행계획을 수립하거나 변경한 때에는 해양수산부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 이를 공표하여야 한다.

(6) Where웨어 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries^f피셔^r리즈 has해즈 formulated^f포뮬레이티드 or오 changed체인지드 the^ð더 Basic베이식 Plan플랜 and앤드 the^ð디 Implementation임플러멘테이션 Plan,플랜 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 shall섈 announce어나운스 it,잇 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Ordinance오더넌스 of어^v브 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries.^f피셔^r리즈

⑦ 해양수산부장관은 기본계획 및 시행계획을 수립하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 관계 중앙행정기관의 장 또는 시ㆍ도지사에게 관련 자료의 제출을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 자료의 제출을 요청받은 관계 중앙행정기관의 장 또는 시ㆍ도지사는 정당한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다.

⑧ 그 밖에 기본계획 및 시행계획의 수립 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
