수도권정비계획법 제14조(부담금의 산정 기준)

① 부담금은 건축비의 100분의 10으로 하되, 지역별 여건 등을 고려하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 건축비의 100분의 5까지 조정(調整)할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 건축비는 국토교통부장관이 고시하는 표준건축비를 기준으로 산정한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
