소송촉진 등에 관한 특례법 제25조의2(배상신청의 통지)

검사는 제25조제1항에 규정된 죄로 공소를 제기한 경우에는 지체 없이 피해자 또는 그 법정대리인(피해자가 사망한 경우에는 그 배우자ㆍ직계친족ㆍ형제자매를 포함한다)에게 제26조제1항에 따라 배상신청을 할 수 있음을 통지하여야 한다.
