소상공인 보호 및 지원에 관한 법률 제22조(기금의 관리 및 운용)

① 기금은 중소벤처기업부장관이 관리ㆍ운용한다. <개정 2017.7.26>

② 중소벤처기업부장관은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 기금의 관리ㆍ운용에 관한 업무의 일부를 공단 등에 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2017.7.26>

(2) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 SMEs스메즈 and앤드 Startups스타텁스 may메이 entrust엔트^r러스트 part파트 of어^v브 the^ð더 work워크 of어^v브 managing매너징 and앤드 operating아퍼^r레이팅 the^ð더 Fund^f펀드 to투 the^ð더 Service,서^v비스 etc.,엣세터^r러 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리

③ 기금의 관리ㆍ운용자는 「국가재정법」 제66조에 따른 기금운용계획에서 정하는 바에 따라 기금을 대출 등의 방법으로 운용할 수 있다.

④ 기금의 회계연도는 정부의 회계연도에 따른다.

(4) The^ð더 fiscal^f피스클 year이어 of어^v브 the^ð더 Fund^f펀드 follows^f팔로즈 the^ð더 fiscal^f피스클 year이어 of어^v브 the^ð더 Government.거^v버먼트

⑤ 기금의 관리ㆍ운용자는 기금의 회계를 다른 회계와 구분하여 회계처리하여야 한다.

(5) The^ð더 manager매너저 and앤드 operator아퍼^r레이터 of어^v브 the^ð더 Fund^f펀드 shall섈 keep킵 the^ð디 accounts어카운츠 of어^v브 the^ð더 Fund^f펀드 separately세퍼^r러틀리 from^f프^r럼 other어^ð더 accounts.어카운츠

⑥ 제1항부터 제5항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 기금의 관리ㆍ운용에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
