소상공인 보호 및 지원에 관한 법률 제2조(정의)

1. "소상공인"이란 「소상공인기본법」 제2조에 따른 소상공인을 말한다.

3. "사업승계"란 소상공인이 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 동일성을 유지하면서 양도, 합병, 상속을 통하여 그 소상공인의 영업상의 권리ㆍ의무를 다른 자에게 포괄적으로 이전하는 것을 말한다.
