소상공인 보호 및 지원에 관한 법률 제17조의2(자료제공의 요청)

① 공단은 국가, 지방자치단체, 「국민연금법」에 따른 국민연금공단, 「국민건강보험법」에 따른 국민건강보험공단 및 「산업재해보상보험법」에 따른 근로복지공단, 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 공공단체에 제21조제1항제1호에 따른 업무 수행에 필요한 자료의 제공을 요청할 수 있다.

② 공단은 납세자의 인적 사항 및 사용 목적을 적은 문서로 관할 세무관서의 장 또는 지방자치단체의 장에게 과세정보(종합소득세 및 지방세 과세자료, 이와 관련된 사업자 등록 자료의 구체적 항목에 한정한다)의 제공을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 과세정보의 제공 요청은 제21조제1항제1호에 따른 업무와 그에 따른 대출자산의 회수활동을 위하여 필요한 최소한의 범위에서 하여야 하며 다른 목적을 위하여 남용해서는 아니 된다.

③ 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 요청을 받은 자는 특별한 사유가 없으면 요청에 따라야 한다.
