소비자기본법 제36조(시험ㆍ검사의 의뢰)

①원장은 제35조제1항제2호 및 제5호의 업무를 수행함에 있어서 필요하다고 인정되는 때에는 국립 또는 공립의 시험ㆍ검사기관에 물품등에 대한 시험ㆍ검사를 의뢰할 수 있다.
