소비자기본법 시행령 제67조(협의회의 구성과 운영)

①협의회는 협의회장 1명을 포함한 7명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

(2) The^ð더 council카운슬 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 be비 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 Chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Fair^f페어 Trade트^r레이드 Commission,커미션 upon어판 the^ð더 recommendation^r레커먼데이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Consumer컨수머 Agency,에이전시 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 standing스탠딩 directors더^r렉터즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Consumer컨수머 Agency.에이전시

③협의회장 외의 위원은 한국소비자원 원장의 제청으로 공정거래위원회위원장이 위촉하되, 위원 중 2명은 소비자단체가 추천하는 자 중에서, 2명은 사업자단체가 추천하는 자 중에서 제청한다.

(3) Members멤버즈 other어^ð더 than^ð댄 the^ð더 council카운슬 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 be비 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 Chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Fair^f페어 Trade트^r레이드 Commission커미션 upon어판 the^ð더 recommendation^r레커먼데이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Consumer컨수머 Agency,에이전시 and앤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 members,멤버즈 two투 shall섈 be비 recommended^r레커멘디드 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 those^ð도우즈 nominated나머네이티드 by바이 consumer컨수머 organizations오거너제이션즈 and앤드 two투 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 those^ð도우즈 nominated나머네이티드 by바이 business비즈니스 operators'아퍼^r레이터즈 organizations.오거너제이션즈

④협의회장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 협의회가 미리 정하는 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

⑤협의회장 외의 위원 임기는 3년으로 하되, 연임할 수 있다.

(5) The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 members멤버즈 other어^ð더 than^ð댄 the^ð더 council카운슬 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 be비 three^θ쓰^r리 years,이어즈 and앤드 they^ð데이 may메이 be비 reappointed.^r리어포인티드

⑥협의회장의 명을 받아 협의회의 서무를 처리하게 하기 위하여 협의회에 간사 1명을 두되, 간사는 한국소비자원의 원장이 한국소비자원의 직원 중에서 임명한다.

(6) One원 secretary세크^r러테^r리 shall섈 be비 assigned어사인드 to투 the^ð더 Council카운슬 to투 handle핸들 general제너^r럴 affairs어^f페어즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Council카운슬 under언더 the^ð더 direction더^r렉션 of어^v브 the^ð더 council카운슬 chairperson,체어퍼슨 and앤드 the^ð더 secretary세크^r러테^r리 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Consumer컨수머 Agency에이전시 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 employees엠플로이이즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Consumer컨수머 Agency.에이전시

⑦이 영에서 규정한 사항 외에 협의회의 구성ㆍ운영 등에 필요한 사항은 협의회의 의결을 거쳐 협의회장이 정한다.
