조정위원회는 법 제58조제1항 또는 법 제65조제1항에 따라 분쟁조정을 신청받은 경우에는 그 분쟁조정을 위하여 필요하다고 인정되면 그 신청인이나 분쟁당사자에게 증거서류 등 관련 자료의 제출을 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2026.9.8>
