소비자기본법 시행령 제5조(지방행정조직에 대한 지원)

국가는 지방자치단체가 소비자의 권익 증진에 관한 업무를 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 다음 각 호의 단체나 법인의 장에게 그 단체나 법인에 소속된 직원의 파견을 요청하는 경우에는 법 제7조에 따라 파견에 드는 경비 등을 지원할 수 있다.
