소방시설 설치 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제50조(고유식별정보의 처리)
Enforcement Decree of the Fire Protection Systems Installation and Management Act, Article 50 (Processing of Personal Identification Information)
소방청장(제48조에 따라 소방청장의 업무를 위탁받은 자를 포함한다), 시ㆍ도지사(해당 권한 또는 업무가 위임되거나 위탁된 경우에는 그 권한 또는 업무를 위임받거나 위탁받은 자를 포함한다), 소방본부장 또는 소방서장은 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조제1호 또는 제4호에 따른 주민등록번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다.
Where unavoidable to perform the following affairs, the Commissioner of the National Fire Agency (including a person entrusted with the Commissioner's duties under Article 48), the Mayor/Do Governor (including a person to whom the relevant authority or duties have been delegated or entrusted), the head of a fire headquarters, or the head of a fire station may process data including a resident registration number or foreigner registration number under Article 19, subparagraph 1 or 4 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act:
1. 법 제6조에 따른 건축허가등의 동의에 관한 사무
1. Affairs concerning consent for building permits, etc. under Article 6 of the Act;
2. 법 제12조에 따른 특정소방대상물에 설치하는 소방시설의 설치ㆍ관리 등에 관한 사무
2. Affairs concerning installation and management of fire protection systems installed in specified fire protection objects under Article 12 of the Act;
3. 법 제20조에 따른 특정소방대상물의 방염 등에 관한 사무
3. Affairs concerning flame-retardant treatment, etc. of specified fire protection objects under Article 20 of the Act;
4. 법 제25조에 따른 소방시설관리사시험 및 소방시설관리사증 발급 등에 관한 사무
4. Affairs concerning the fire protection system manager examination and issuance of fire protection system manager certificates under Article 25 of the Act;
5. 법 제26조에 따른 부정행위자에 대한 제재에 관한 사무
5. Affairs concerning sanctions against cheaters under Article 26 of the Act;
6. 법 제28조에 따른 자격의 취소ㆍ정지에 관한 사무
6. Affairs concerning revocation and suspension of qualifications under Article 28 of the Act;
