소방시설 설치 및 관리에 관한 법률 제35조(등록의 취소와 영업정지 등)

1. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 등록을 한 경우

5. 제33조제2항을 위반하여 등록증 또는 등록수첩을 빌려준 경우
