소방시설 설치 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제6조(성능위주설계의 변경신고)

① 법 제8조제2항 후단에서 "해당 특정소방대상물의 연면적ㆍ높이ㆍ층수의 변경 등 행정안전부령으로 정하는 사유"란 특정소방대상물의 연면적ㆍ높이ㆍ층수의 변경이 있는 경우를 말한다. 다만, 「건축법」 제16조제1항 단서 및 같은 조 제2항에 따른 경우는 제외한다.

② 성능위주설계를 한 자는 법 제8조제2항 후단에 따라 해당 성능위주설계를 한 특정소방대상물이 제1항에 해당하는 경우 별지 제4호서식의 성능위주설계 변경 신고서(전자문서로 된 신고서를 포함한다)에 제4조제1항 각 호의 서류(전자문서를 포함하며, 변경되는 부분만 해당한다)를 첨부하여 관할 소방서장에게 신고해야 한다.

③ 제2항에 따른 성능위주설계의 변경신고에 대한 검토ㆍ평가, 수리 여부 결정 및 통보에 관하여는 제5조제2항부터 제5항까지의 규정을 준용한다. 이 경우 같은 조 제2항 및 제4항 중 "20일 이내"는 각각 "14일 이내"로 본다.
