Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on Fire-Fighting Services, Article 9 (Composition and Operation of the Education Evaluation Deliberation Committee)

① 안전원의 장(이하 "안전원장"이라 한다)은 법 제40조의2제3항에 따라 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의하기 위하여 교육평가심의위원회(이하 "평가위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

1. 교육평가 및 운영에 관한 사항

2. 교육결과 분석 및 개선에 관한 사항

3. 다음 연도의 교육계획에 관한 사항

② 평가위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함하여 9명 이하의 위원으로 성별을 고려하여 구성한다.

(2) The^ð디 evaluation이^v밸류에이션 committee커미티 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 nine나인 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 one원 chairperson,체어퍼슨 taking테이킹 gender젠더 into인투 consideration.컨시더^r레이션

③ 평가위원회의 위원장은 위원 중에서 호선(互選)한다.

④ 평가위원회의 위원은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람 중에서 안전원장이 임명 또는 위촉한다.

1. 소방안전교육 업무 담당 소방공무원 중 소방청장이 추천하는 사람

⑤ 평가위원회에 참석한 위원에게는 예산의 범위에서 수당을 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원인 위원이 소관 업무와 직접 관련되어 참석하는 경우에는 수당을 지급하지 아니한다.

⑥ 제1항부터 제5항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 평가위원회의 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 안전원장이 정한다.
