소방기본법 시행령 제10조(감독 등)

① 소방청장은 법 제48조제1항에 따라 안전원의 다음 각 호의 업무를 감독하여야 한다. <개정 2008.12.3, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2018.6.26>

②협회의 사업계획 및 예산에 관하여는 소방청장의 승인을 얻어야 한다. <개정 2005.10.20, 2008.12.3, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

③소방청장은 협회의 업무감독을 위하여 필요한 자료의 제출을 명하거나 「소방시설 설치 및 관리에 관한 법률」 제50조, 「소방시설공사업법」 제33조 및 「위험물안전관리법」 제30조의 규정에 의하여 위탁된 업무와 관련된 규정의 개선을 명할 수 있다. 이 경우 협회는 정당한 사유가 없는 한 이에 따라야 한다. <개정 2005.10.20, 2008.12.3, 2014.11.19, 2017.1.26, 2017.7.26, 2022.11.29>
