Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on the Preservation, Management, and Utilization of World Heritage, Article 3-2 (Projects Subject to World Heritage Impact Assessment)

① 법 제11조의2제1항제2호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 사업"이란 다음 각 호의 사업을 말한다.

② 법 제11조의2제1항 및 제2항에 따른 세계유산영향평가 대상사업(이하 "대상사업"이라 한다)의 구체적 범위 및 세계유산영향평가 실시 시기는 별표 1과 같다.
