선박안전법 제4조(선박시설 기준의 적용)

선박에 설치된 선박시설이나 선박용물건이 이 법에 따라 설치하여야 하는 선박시설의 기준과 동등하거나 그 이상의 성능이 있다고 인정되는 경우에는 이 법의 기준에 따른 선박시설이나 선박용물건을 설치한 것으로 본다.
