선박안전법 제33조(조타실의 시야확보 등)

①선박소유자는 해당 선박의 조타실에 대하여 해양수산부장관이 정하여 고시하는 기준에 따른 충분한 시야를 확보할 수 있도록 필요한 조치를 하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2020.2.18>

②선박소유자는 해당 선박의 조타실과 조타기(操舵機)가 설치된 장소 사이에 해양수산부장관이 정하여 고시하는 기준에 따라 통신장치를 설치하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2020.2.18>
