선박안전법 제29조(무선설비)

①다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 선박소유자는 「해상에서의 인명안전을 위한 국제협약」에 따른 세계 해상조난 및 안전제도의 시행에 필요한 무선설비를 갖추어야 한다. 이 경우 무선설비는 「전파법」에 따른 성능과 기준에 적합하여야 한다.

②제1항 각 호의 규정에 따른 선박 외에 해양수산부령으로 정하는 선박에 대하여는 해양수산부령으로 정하는 기준에 따른 무선설비를 갖추어야 한다. 이 경우 무선설비는 「전파법」에 따른 성능과 기준에 적합하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2020.2.18>

③누구든지 제1항 및 제2항의 규정에 따른 무선설비를 갖추지 아니하고 선박을 항해에 사용하여서는 아니 된다. 다만, 임시항해검사증서를 가지고 1회의 항해에 사용하는 경우 또는 시운전을 하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
