선박소유자 등의 책임제한절차에 관한 법률 제14조(공탁보증인에 대한 공탁명령)

① 법원은 제65조에 따른 배당을 할 때 또는 그 밖에 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 공탁보증인에 대하여 14일을 넘지 아니하는 공탁지정일을 정하여 책임한도액에 상당하는 금전과 이에 대한 공탁보증의 허가결정에서 법원이 정한 기산일부터 공탁지정일까지 연 6퍼센트의 비율로 산정한 이자를 더하여 법원에 공탁할 것을 명하여야 한다.

② 제1항의 책임한도액에 상당하는 금전을 산정할 때에는 제11조제2항을 준용한다.

④ 공탁보증인이 공탁을 한 경우에는 제12조를 준용한다.

⑤ 공탁보증인이 한 공탁은 신청인이 공탁자로서 한 공탁으로 본다.
