석탄산업법 제39조의5(폐광과 조광권)

제39조의3제1항 또는 제3항에 따라 소멸된 채굴권에 조광권이 설정된 경우에는 해당 조광권의 구역에 해당하는 채굴권은 해당 조광권의 존속기간이 끝나는 날까지 존속하는 것으로 본다. <개정 2016.1.27>
