서민의 금융생활 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제58조(민감정보 및 고유식별정보의 처리)

① 금융위원회는 법 제78조에 따른 지도ㆍ감독, 보고ㆍ검사 및 이에 따른 사후조치 등에 관한 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제18조제2호에 따른 범죄경력자료에 해당하는 정보(이하 이 조에서 "범죄경력정보"라 한다)나 「신용정보의 이용 및 보호에 관한 법률」 제2조제1호의2가목2)의 정보(이하 이 조에서 "주민등록번호등"이라 한다)가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. <개정 2020.8.4>

② 진흥원(법 제79조에 따라 진흥원의 업무를 위탁받은 자를 포함한다)은 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 범죄경력정보나 주민등록번호등이 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. <개정 2021.10.5>

④ 제40조 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 법 제43조에 따른 휴면예금등 원권리자의 자료 조회에 관한 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 주민등록번호등이 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. <개정 2021.10.5>

⑤ 사업수행기관은 서민 금융생활 지원사업 등에 관한 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 주민등록번호등이 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다.
