서민의 금융생활 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제32조(기명식 채권에 대한 질권 설정)

① 기명식 채권을 질권의 목적으로 할 때에는 질권자의 성명 및 주소를 채권원부에 등록하지 아니하면 진흥원이나 그 밖의 제3자에게 대항할 수 없다.

② 제1항에 따라 질권이 설정된 경우에는 진흥원은 해당 채권에 그 뜻을 표시하여야 한다.
