서민의 금융생활 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제33조(이권 흠결의 경우)

① 이권(利券)이 있는 무기명식 채권을 상환하는 경우에 이권이 흠결된 경우에는 그 이권에 상당하는 금액을 상환액에서 공제한다.

② 제1항에 따른 이권의 소지인은 그 이권과 상환하여 공제된 금액의 지급을 청구할 수 있다.
