생활화학제품 및 살생물제의 안전관리에 관한 법률 제48조의13(재심사 청구)

① 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 결정에 대하여 불복하는 자는 위원회에 재심사를 청구할 수 있다. <개정 2024.3.19>

② 제1항에 따른 재심사 청구는 결정이 있음을 안 날부터 90일 이내에 하여야 한다. 다만, 천재지변ㆍ전쟁ㆍ사변, 그 밖의 불가항력적인 사유로 재심사를 청구할 수 없는 기간은 재심사 청구 기간에 산입하지 아니한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 재심사 청구가 있는 경우 위원회는 30일 이내에 재심사 결과를 신청자에게 통지하여야 한다. 다만, 부득이한 사유로 그 기간 내에 통지할 수 없는 때에는 한 차례에 한정하여 30일을 넘지 아니하는 범위에서 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다. <개정 2024.3.19>
