생활화학제품 및 살생물제의 안전관리에 관한 법률 제28조(살생물처리제품의 안전기준 및 표시기준)

1. 살생물처리제품에 사용되는 살생물제품이 제품승인을 받은(제25조제4항 전단에 따라 제품승인을 받은 것으로 보는 경우를 포함한다. 이하 이 호에서 같다) 것(살생물처리제품을 수입하는 경우에는 제품승인을 받은 살생물제품과 대통령령으로 정하는 유사성 기준을 충족하는 살생물제품이 사용된 것)으로서 해당 제품승인을 받은 범위에서 사용될 것
