새만금사업 추진 및 지원에 관한 특별법 제73조의2(건설공사현장 등의 점검에 관한 특례)

새만금사업지역에서 시행되는 건설공사와 제7조에 따른 광역기반시설 사업에 대해서는 「건설기술 진흥법」 제54조에도 불구하고 새만금청장이 건설공사 등의 현장 점검 업무를 수행한다. 이 경우 "국토교통부장관 또는 특별자치시장, 특별자치도지사, 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(자치구의 구청장을 말한다)"은 "새만금청장"으로 본다.
