새만금사업 추진 및 지원에 관한 특별법 제73조(민간투자사업의 특례)

「사회기반시설에 대한 민간투자법」 제2조제4호에도 불구하고 새만금청장은 새만금사업 추진에 관하여 관계 법령에 따라 해당 사회기반시설사업의 업무를 관장하는 행정기관의 장으로 본다. <개정 2015.8.11>
