Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Promotion of and Support for the Saemangeum Project, Article 12 (Restrictions on Acts, etc.|15)

① 법 제13조제1항 전단에 따라 새만금청장의 허가를 받아야 하는 행위는 다음 각 호와 같다. <개정 2016.2.11, 2021.1.5>

③ 법 제13조제2항제2호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 행위"란 「농어업재해대책법」, 「소방기본법」, 「수상에서의 수색ㆍ구조 등에 관한 법률」, 「자연재해대책법」, 「재난 및 안전관리 기본법」 등의 법률에 따른 재해 또는 재난에 대한 조치행위를 말한다. <개정 2016.1.22, 2025.9.23>

④ 법 제13조제3항에 따라 새만금청장에게 신고하려는 자는 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 공사 또는 사업의 추진상황 신고서를 작성한 후 다음 각 호의 자료를 첨부하여 새만금청장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2016.2.11>
