Enforcement Decree of the Community Credit Cooperatives Act, Article 16 (Reserve for Redemption)

① 금고는 법 제28조제5항에 따라 매월 말일 현재 보유해야 하는 상환준비금 중 100분의 80 이상을 다음 달 5일까지 중앙회에 예치해야 하며, 나머지의 상환준비금은 특별한 사정이 없으면 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 방법으로 보유해야 한다. <개정 2024.10.8, 2025.6.25>
