상호저축은행법 제35조(권한의 위탁)

① 금융위원회는 제34조의2제1항에 따른 권한이 아닌 권한의 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 금융감독원장, 중앙회 회장 또는 예금보험공사 사장에게 위탁할 수 있다.

② 금융감독원장은 제1항의 권한을 행사할 때 상호저축은행(그 임직원을 포함한다) 또는 제37조제1항에 따른 대주주등이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당함을 알게 된 때에는 금융위원회에 필요한 행정조치를 건의하여야 한다. <개정 2013.8.13, 2017.4.18>

③ 금융감독원장, 중앙회 회장 또는 예금보험공사 사장은 제1항의 권한을 행사할 때 중요 사항은 금융위원회에 보고하여야 한다.
