산지관리법 제31조(토석채취허가의 취소 등)

1. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 허가를 받거나 신고를 한 경우

3. 제28조제1항제5호 본문 또는 제30조제5항 본문에 따른 장비 등의 기준을 충족하지 못하게 된 경우

4. 허가를 받거나 신고를 한 자(사용인과 고용인을 포함한다)가 허가를 받거나 신고를 한 토석 외의 토석을 채취하거나 반입한 경우

5. 제37조제7항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 필요한 조치 명령을 이행하지 아니한 경우

7. 허가를 받은 자가 허가취소를 요청하거나 신고를 한 자가 신고를 철회하는 경우

8. 그 밖의 허가조건을 위반한 경우
