산지관리법 제23조(위원 등의 수당ㆍ여비 등)

산지관리위원회에 출석한 위원, 관계인 및 의견을 제출한 전문가에게는 예산의 범위에서 수당, 여비, 그 밖에 필요한 경비를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원인 위원 또는 공무원인 관계인이 그 소관 업무와 직접적으로 관련되어 출석한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
