Mountainous Districts Management Act, Article 22 (Establishment and Operation of Mountainous Districts Management Committees)

① 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의하기 위하여 산림청에 중앙산지관리위원회를 둔다. <개정 2012.2.22>

② 산지의 이용 및 보전에 관련된 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의하기 위하여 특별시ㆍ광역시ㆍ특별자치시ㆍ도ㆍ특별자치도(이하 "시ㆍ도"라 한다)에 지방산지관리위원회를 둘 수 있다. <개정 2012.2.22, 2026.9.22>

3. 그 밖에 산지의 보전 및 이용과 관련된 사항 중 대통령령으로 정하는 사항

③ 중앙산지관리위원회 또는 지방산지관리위원회는 그 심의사항을 효율적으로 처리하기 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 분과위원회를 둘 수 있다. 이 경우 분과위원회에서 심의하는 사항 중 중앙산지관리위원회 또는 지방산지관리위원회가 지정하는 사항은 분과위원회의 심의를 해당 산지관리위원회의 심의로 본다. <개정 2012.2.22>
