Industrial Sites and Development Act, Article 51 (Penalty Provisions)

① 제38조제9항을 위반하여 토지ㆍ시설 등을 처분한 자는 5년 이하의 징역 또는 5천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.

1. 거짓이나 부정한 방법으로 제12조제1항(제8조의3제4항ㆍ제39조제1항 및 제39조의10제1항에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)에 따른 허가 또는 변경허가를 받은 자
