산업기술혁신 촉진법 제43조(산업기술혁신 유관기관의 윤리규정 준수)

① 제38조, 제39조, 제39조의2 및 제40조부터 제42조까지의 규정에 따라 설립된 기관과 대통령령으로 정하는 기관(이하 "윤리경영기관"이라 한다)은 산업기술혁신사업을 수행할 때 지켜야 할 투명성 및 비밀보장 등 윤리에 관한 규정을 자율적으로 제정하여 운영하여야 한다.

② 윤리경영기관은 자율적으로 제정한 윤리규정을 준수할 수 있도록 최선의 노력을 다하여야 하며, 산업통상부장관은 윤리경영이 정착될 수 있도록 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 관리ㆍ감독을 수행하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
