Industrial Technology Innovation Promotion Act, Article 30 (Promotion of Utilization of Excellent Overseas Technical Personnel)

산업통상부장관은 국내 기술혁신주체가 해외 우수기술인력을 유치ㆍ활용하여 산업기술혁신 활동이 활발히 수행될 수 있도록 관계 중앙행정기관의 장과 협의하여 다음 각 호의 시책을 수립ㆍ추진할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
