산업기술혁신 촉진법 제3조(정부 및 기술혁신주체의 책무)

① 정부는 기술혁신주체의 산업기술혁신 활동을 촉진하고, 기술혁신주체 상호 간의 협력과 교류를 촉진하며, 기술혁신자원의 활용을 극대화하고, 산업기술 문화를 창달하는 등 산업기술혁신을 촉진하기 위한 종합적인 시책을 수립하고 시행하여야 한다.
