산업기술혁신 촉진법 제16조의2(지정 등의 거부에 대한 이의신청)

① 제15조의2에 따른 신기술 지정, 지정 유효기간의 연장 및 신기술적용제품의 확인 또는 제16조에 따른 신제품 지정 및 지정 유효기간 연장과 관련하여 이의가 있으면 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 산업통상부장관에게 이의신청을 할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1, 2025.12.2>

② 산업통상부장관은 제1항에 따른 이의신청을 받은 때에는 그에 대한 처리 결과를 산업통상부령으로 정하는 기간 내에 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
