산업기술혁신 촉진법 제10조(산업기술혁신 통계의 작성)

① 산업통상부장관은 혁신계획 및 시행계획을 수립하기 위하여 국내외 산업기술혁신에 관한 통계를 「과학기술기본법」 제26조의2에 따른 통계와 연계하여 작성ㆍ관리하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.5.28, 2025.10.1>

② 제1항에 따른 통계 작성의 범위 및 조사대상에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 통계의 작성ㆍ관리에 관하여 이 법에서 정한 것을 제외하고는 「통계법」의 관련 규정을 준용한다.
