Enforcement Decree of the Industrial Technology Innovation Promotion Act, Article 18-4 (Procedures for Confirmation of New Technology-Applied Products)

① 법 제15조의2제3항에 따른 신기술적용제품(이하 "신기술적용제품"이라 한다)의 확인을 받으려는 자는 산업통상부령으로 정하는 서류를 갖추어 산업통상부장관에게 확인을 신청하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

② 제1항에 따른 신청을 받은 산업통상부장관은 신청된 제품이 다음 각 호의 기준을 모두 충족하는 경우에는 산업통상부령으로 정하는 신기술적용제품 확인서를 신청인에게 발급해야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1, 2026.5.19>
