산업기술의 유출방지 및 보호에 관한 법률 제28조(조정의 효력)

①조정위원회는 제26조제2항의 규정에 따라 조정안을 작성한 때에는 지체 없이 이를 각 당사자에게 제시하여야 한다.

②제1항의 규정에 따라 조정안을 제시받은 당사자는 그 제시를 받은 날부터 15일 이내에 그 수락 여부를 조정위원회에 통보하여야 한다.

③당사자가 조정안을 수락한 때에는 조정위원회는 즉시 조정조서를 작성하여야 하며, 위원장 및 각 당사자는 이에 기명날인하거나 서명하여야 한다. <개정 2016.3.29>

④당사자가 제3항의 규정에 따라 조정안을 수락하고 조정조서에 기명날인하거나 서명한 경우에는 해당조정조서는 재판상 화해와 동일한 효력을 갖는다. <개정 2016.3.29>
