산업기술의 유출방지 및 보호에 관한 법률 제27조(자료요청 등)

①조정위원회는 분쟁조정을 위하여 필요한 자료를 분쟁당사자에게 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 해당분쟁당사자는 정당한 사유가 없는 한 이에 응하여야 한다.

②조정위원회는 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 분쟁당사자 또는 참고인으로 하여금 조정위원회에 출석하게 하여 그 의견을 들을 수 있다.

③조정위원회는 제1항의 규정에 따른 자료요구와 제2항의 규정에 따라 의견진술을 청취할 경우 비공개로 하여야 하며, 제출된 자료 및 청취된 의견에 대해서는 비밀을 유지하여야 한다.
