산업기술의 유출방지 및 보호에 관한 법률 제24조(조정부)

①분쟁의 조정을 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 조정위원회에 5인 이내의 위원으로 구성되는 조정부를 두되, 그 중 1인은 변호사의 자격이 있는 자로 한다.

②조정위원회는 필요한 경우 일부 분쟁에 대하여 제1항의 규정에 따른 조정부에 일임하여 조정하게 할 수 있다.

③제1항의 규정에 따른 조정부의 구성 및 운영에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
