산림조합법 제79조(행정구역의 명칭 변경과 등기)

① 행정구역의 명칭이 변경되었을 때에는 등기부 및 정관에 적힌 해당 조합의 사무소 소재지와 구역에 관한 명칭은 변경된 것으로 본다.

(1) When웬 the^ð더 name네임 of어^v브 an앤 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 district디스트^r릭트 has해즈 changed,체인지드 the^ð더 names네임즈 relating^r릴레이팅 to투 the^ð더 location로케이션 of어^v브 the^ð디 office오^f피스 and앤드 the^ð디 area에^r리아 of어^v브 the^ð더 cooperative코아퍼^r레이티^v브 concerned컨선드 stated스테이티드 in인 the^ð더 register^r레지스터 and앤드 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association어소우시에이션 are아 deemed딤드 changed.체인지드

② 제1항에 따라 명칭이 변경되었을 때에는 조합은 지체 없이 등기소에 통지하여야 한다.

(2) When웬 a어 name네임 has해즈 changed체인지드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), the^ð더 cooperative코아퍼^r레이티^v브 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 registry^r레지스트^r리 office오^f피스 without위^ð다웃 delay.딜레이

③ 제2항에 따른 통지를 받은 등기소는 등기부의 기재를 변경하여야 한다.
