산림조합법 제78조(변경등기)

① 제75조제2항 각 호의 사항이 변경되었을 때에는 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 3주일 이내에 변경등기를 하여야 한다. <개정 2024.9.20>

② 제75조제2항제2호의 사항에 관한 변경등기는 제1항에도 불구하고 회계연도 말을 기준으로 그 회계연도 종료 후 3개월 이내에 등기하여야 한다. <개정 2020.3.24>

④ 제3항에 따른 변경등기 신청서에는 등기사항의 변경을 증명하는 서류를 첨부하여야 한다.

⑤ 출자감소, 합병 또는 분할로 인한 변경등기 신청서에는 제4항에 따른 서류 외에 제58조 및 제59조에 따른 공고 또는 최고를 한 사실과 이의를 진술한 채권자에게 변제나 담보를 제공한 사실을 각각 증명하는 서류를 첨부하여야 한다.
