산림조합법 제80조(합병등기 등)

① 조합이 합병하였을 때에는 합병한 날부터 2주일 이내에 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 합병 후 존속하는 조합은 변경등기를, 합병으로 인하여 소멸되는 조합은 해산등기를, 합병으로 인하여 설립된 조합은 제75조에 따른 설립등기를 하여야 한다. <개정 2024.9.20>

② 제1항에 따른 해산등기를 할 때에는 합병으로 소멸하는 조합의 조합장이 신청인이 된다.
