산림조합법 제58조(출자감소의 의결)

① 조합은 출자 1계좌의 금액 또는 출자계좌 수의 감소(이하 "출자감소"라 한다)를 의결하였을 때에는 그 의결이 있은 날부터 2주 이내에 재무상태표를 작성하여야 한다. <개정 2020.3.24>

② 제1항의 경우 이의가 있는 채권자는 일정한 기일 내에 이를 진술하라는 취지를 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 1개월 이상 공고하고, 이미 알고 있는 채권자에게는 따로 최고하여야 한다.

③ 제2항에 따른 공고 또는 최고는 제1항에 따라 의결이 있은 날부터 2주 이내에 하여야 한다.
